Conditions of use:
By using this service, you the claimant are accepting and consenting to the conditions herein.

1. - Terms & Conditions:
1.1 - This agreement is made between the claimant and Homes Full Stop.
2. - By entering into this agreement the claimant is confirming that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions detailed herein.

3. - Claimant Responsibilities:
3.1 - The claimant is only entitled to one 'Buyers Reward' payment per property.
3.1.1 - The introduction of the claimant to the participating property, must have been recorded by Homes Full Stop and confirmed as such by the vendor.
3.1.2 - The claimant must keep Homes Full Stop informed on a weekly basis (e-mail or Royal mail) as to the progress of the sale.
3.1.3 - The claimant must confirm within 48 hours that the sale has been completed and the contracts exchanged.

4. - Homes Full Stop Responsibilities:
4.1 - To record the details of the claimant viewing any properties participating in the 'Buyers Reward' initiative.
5. - To secure from the seller and pay to a qualifying claimant the agreed 'Buyers Reward'  amount.
5.1 - To make the 'Buyers Reward' payment within 28 days of receipt from the seller.

6. - Termination of Agreement:
6.1 - Homes Full Stop may terminate this agreement if:
6.1.1 - The claimant fails to keep Homes Full Stop updated on a weekly basis following their offer to the vendor.
6.1.2 - The claimant fails to notify Homes Full Stop within 48 hrs of the completed sale and exchange of contract.
7. - The offer from the claimant is rejected, falls through or the property is withdrawn from the market.
8. - That the claimant has made other offer(s) for the same property through sources other than Homes Full Stop.
