1) In engaging the services of any trades person or contractor introduced to a user through the Homes Full Stop register or any other source it must be clearly understood by the user that Homes Full Stop is not acting as the users agent and accepts no responsibility for any matters arising from or appertaining to any engagement, price negotiated by the user with the contractor or the works to be carried out or the goods, services or materials supplied by the Trades person or Contractor.

2) Although the Homes Full Stop register has been produced in good faith, all details and or information contained therein have been compiled from information provided by third party sources and the Trades People and Contractors themselves. Homes Full Stop can accept no liability for the inaccuracy of any such data nor for any data which, although accurate at the time of entry on the register, may subsequently have become inaccurate due to supervening events or occurrences.

3) We strongly recommend that before engaging the services of any Trades person or Contractor, that a user obtains confirmation of their details from them, including qualifications, trade association affiliations, insurance cover details and details of any guarantees offered.

4) The Trade-Safe register allows consumers to view information on Traders and Contractors offering building and repair services. The facility provides Free access to all users so that they may view information directly related to the individual Traders or Contractors skills, qualifications, services and business performance levels.

5) There are four categories of business performance, each graded on professional conduct and identified by the numbers 1 to 5. The grading(s) given are intended as a guide only and are arrived at from the actions and responses presented by the Trades person or Contractor themselves, user-feed back, contact, investigation and inspection by Homes Full Stop.

6) The service provides the user with a choice of how they obtain their quotations and allows the user to peruse the information on the register, personally select the Traders or Contractors of their choice or request that Homes Full Stop makes the choice on the users behalf.

7) Requests for quotations are controlled and monitored by Homes Full Stop as part of the service provided. Homes Full Stop reserve the right to withdraw the facility from any individual at any time and without prior notice or explanation.
