By using this service, you are accepting and consenting to the conditions herein.

a) This agreement is made between the seller and Homes Full Stop. 
b) Those using this service are expressly advised to ensure that any photographs used are either original or the owners permission has been obtained, as Homes Full Stop will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
c) If the property being advertised is already registered with an Estate Agent it is the sellers responsibility to check their contractual  terms and conditions with that agent as Homes Full Stop accepts no liability for a seller breaking or infringing existing contracts loss of fees or commissions.

Terms of this agreement 1. Definitions
1.1 Within this agreement the following word or phrases shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the following meanings:
"Property"
The property address for which the seller is using the Homes Full Stop web site for the purpose of advertising that property.
"Charges"
The amount payable under the 'Compact Package' only, to Homes Full Stop, in respect of fees charged for introducing the buyer who legally completes on the purchase of the sellers property.
"Sale Price"
The price agreed with the buyer as the purchase price of the property.
"Buyer"
The person(s) buying the property.
"Seller"
The owner of the property to be sold or the person given the benefit to or who is entitled to sell the property.
"You"
The owner of the property to be sold or the person given the benefit to or who is entitled to sell the property.
"Priceless Package"
The facility for the owner of the property, the person given the benefit to or who is entitled to sell the property using the Homes Full Stop web site for the purpose of displaying and marketing the said property without charge.
"Compact Package"
The facility for the owner of the property, the person given the benefit to or who is entitled to sell the property using the Homes Full Stop web site who wishes to benefit from services supplied which may result in an introduction to the eventual legal purchaser or their representative.
"Buyers Reward"
A means of offering a financial incentive for marketing purposes.

"Exchange Date"
The date on which the contracts of the sale of the property are legally exchanged and become legally binding.
"Completion Date"
The date agreed by both buyer and seller that is the completion of the sale/purchase.
"Homes Full Stop or We"
Means Homes Full Stop.com

2. The contract shall run from the day the marketing commences until notified otherwise by the seller.
2.1 - If the seller is already contracted to another agent it is the sellers responsibility to inform the agent that they intend to market the property privately in tandem with that agent.
2.1.1 - Homes Full Stop accepts no liability for a seller breaking or infringing existing contracts loss of fees or commissions.
2.1.2 - Sellers using the Buyers Reward services are required to enter the appropriate agreement and be bound by it's terms.
2.1.3 - Where a buyer meets the requirements for the buyers reward, the seller will be liable to pay to Homes Full Stop the amount due under the Buyers Reward agreement within 10 working days of the completion date.

3. - We reserve the right to take the property details off-line without prior notice or warning.
3.1 - We reserve the right to review, modify or remove a property's details if we believe it to be misleading or no longer valid.
4. - Sale charges are only incurred by a Seller who accepts services from Homes Full Stop under the 'Compact Package'  which results in the introduction of the legal buyer.
4.1 - Homes Full Stop shall be entitled to the amount agreed, which shall be paid within 10 working days of the completion date.
4.1.1 - The agreed amount shall be invoiced to both the seller and the sellers solicitor on exchange of contracts and becomes due and payable upon the completion date.
4.1.2 - The sum payable under these terms and conditions will not be inclusive of  VAT, which may be chargeable at that time and which will be payable in addition to and at the same time as the sum in question.
5. - In the event that the appointed Solicitor / Conveyancer is unable to pay the invoice, then the seller will immediately become liable to settle the amount.
6. - To ensure the compliance of the Property Mis-description Act 1991 and to ensure that neither Homes Full Stop nor the seller becomes involved in any legal action, we reserve the right not to publish any information provided by the seller.
6.1 - Where Homes Full Stop is involved in, prepares or compiles property particulars it can not be held responsible for the data that it provides to buyers or sellers. All information displayed on the website along with any information provided to buyers and sellers directly, cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of any contract.
6.1.1 - The seller must approve the property details before display on either the 'Priceless Package' or the 'Compact Package' and confirm their suitability.
6.1.2 - The seller shall indemnify the Homes Full Stop network, its proprietors, directors, employees or agents against any claim made in respect of the Property or any mis-description herein that arises wholly or partially out of the act or default of the seller.
7. - The seller hereby warrants and covenants that he / she / they:-
7.1 - has / have the necessary authority, power and / or capacity to enter into this agreement; and
7.1.2 - is the beneficial owner of the property; or has the authority from the beneficial owner to sell the property on the terms here in.
8. - A seller making use of the 'Compact Package' will be liable to pay any agreed amount to Homes Full Stop if at any time contracts for the sale of the property are exchanged with a purchaser introduced by Homes Full Stop.
