The section headed Name or Reference, must be completed before the test can start.  The information you enter and the answers you give are not collected or stored, so we suggest that on completion you print off a copy for your own records. 

The test is designed so that all of the questions can be answered by 'Ticking' either a Yes - No or Don't Know boxes.  Each section has a 'Help' facility should you need any background information on any of the questions in that section.
